Finally I make it for a photography workshop, and it’s Louis Pang’s workshop! It’s excellent. Learn a lot of new technicals and lovely ideas, will surely start practicing it while staying in my comfort zone of style. Below are some shoots took on the day.

It has been a long time I shoot outdoor portraits. Today session was meant for a short one, we met at 11am and ended at 1pm, 3 locations.

Actually min don’t really need fancy makeup, she got a very fresh and young look. Smile more girl.. smile more..

 

I wonder since when I’ve started to be so health conscious, maybe it was started when I found out there is a YELLOW light in my health traffic recently. Alright, there is never “too late” to begin now. So better not just do the talking, must take care~~ hmhn.. the thing is I am having flu, fever and headache since last Wednesday.

I was impressed by my stamina in last week’s wedding shooting. I must blog about it as I think I am superb, haha! *Maybe i am just still young!! :D* Anyone that knows about my disaster in last weekend, I was acting too panic without knowing what to do the next, must thanks to Kevin & Paul’s guidance in handling the situation, and specially thanks to Kevin for helping me out in the midnight, I think I awaken him up from the bed. Anyway, I leant from the experience and hope it will not happen to anyone out there too.

So after the 4 hours bedtime, I was so excited and can’t wait to wakeup and quickly drive to seremban again for the session. And yeah, I managed to shoot 8 hours continuously without “low batt” in my energy. Usually I will look like half dead after the shooting session even for a leisure outdoor shooting. But this time, I was like… hey… let me cook the dinner or drive you all out for dinner…. Haha. I think I might be over excited or little kisau!

*shiiii* maybe it was bcoz I took “Uphamol 650”.?? Don’t be surprised that this is my first time taking it as I always reluctant to take medicine. Hehe… So from now on, I will keep “Uphamol 650” in my bag for emergency.

I’ve formatted my PC and I couldn’t recall what tool I used to resize and watermark the photos… arggg.. can someone tell me or give me a tool pls…

Depressing day.

I received a very low payback for the hard work I did in last year. It is just too unbelievable when I see the figure in the letter however I told myself it’s printed black and white on this white paper that I am holding, the fact is I’ve got no say on the matter anymore. So, just be…

Went for ladies health screening at PMC (Promotion price@RM50), it’s recommended to do a yearly pap smear as soon as a woman is sexually active. Since I am a happy healthy married women so I should go. Okay, there goes my first time on Pap test. :D

Choyli and I met up for the test, I know I am being little talk-too-much with Miss.Ong (the nurse with blue uniform), I just trying to dig more tips and info for a lazy married women that just couldn’t put her finger on women health article… hehe..

The first time is pretty good experienced, luckily I met Miss.Ong and Dr.Letchumi. Dr.Letchimi did a breast test for me and she found a small lump, *upset*. Why back again? Why keep coming back one, doctor? Why? Dr.Letchumi couldn’t answer me, “it’s a harmless lump girl, no worry.” Alright, alright, no big ideal. I will go for specialist to further check.

Will go back to collect the test result next week, perhaps only a short consultation needed next week, otherwise it will be a bad news liu..

I have no idea when was the last time I play badminton!! Guess, could be age 17? hoho..

Anyway, this will be a good start and since the hall is booked for a year I will try to come and play from 10 mins to 60 mins *maybe*
